The Comprehensive Cancer Alliance for Idaho works with partners across healthcare, public health, community organizations, and workplaces to advance the State Cancer Plan. The examples below highlight how different sectors can contribute to these efforts.

Healthcare Systems

  • Support implementation of evidence-based cancer prevention, screening, and treatment practices

  • Ensure timely and complete cancer reporting

  • Expand access to navigation and survivorship support services

  • Promote tobacco-free environments and healthy workplace practices

  • Encourage routine cancer screening among patients and staff

Public Health and Health Departments
